Unfortunately, it is not possible to return a live sale item. So if you have doubts about your purchase, don't buy it.
- Payment plans. It is possible to buy items with payment plans! You pay 25% of the purchase price to reserve the item and pay off the remaining amount within 60 days. Please note: if you change your mind in the meantime? Then you will unfortunately not get the reservation amount back because this amount was used to reserve the item for you. Are you unable to return the remaining amount within 60 days? Then 5% per week will be added.

We specialize in vintage and second-hand items. Each item has its own story and has been worn with much love. All items have signs of wear, some less than others, unless otherwise stated. All signs of wear and any damage are stated as best as possible.

All orders are shipped insured within 2 business days with PostNL. The average delivery time is 2-4 business days. Please note that we have no influence on any delays at the carrier.

The items are checked by a 3rd party before they arrive at our office. Items above €500 come with a certificate from either Legit Grails or Entrupy.
Chanel bags come with their original authenticity card. If this is not available, we'll provide a certificate from Entrupy or Legit Grails and this will be mentioned in the description.
