How to participate?

• Place an order between November 17 and 23, 2025.

• Every order number placed during this period automatically participates.

• On Monday, November 24, we will announce the winner via Instagram Stories (@thebagslist_com).

Terms and Conditions

1. Participation is only possible by placing an order between November 17 and 23, 2025. All order numbers within this period will automatically be entered into the drawing.
2. The winner will receive the prize 14 days after the announcement.
   
3. If the full order is returned, the right to the prize expires.
   In that case, The Bags List BV will select a new winner.
4. The prize cannot be exchanged for money, cash, store credit, or other products.
   The prize also cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted.
5. The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and over with a valid delivery address within the EU.
6. The Bags List BV reserves the right to exclude participants in case of suspected fraud or abuse.
7. By participating in this giveaway, the winner agrees that his/her order number will be shared via Instagram Stories for the announcement of the results.
8. Personal data collected during the giveaway (such as name, address, and order details) will be used exclusively for:
   1. carrying out the giveaway,
   2. sending the prize to the winner.
9. The Bags List BV processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and will never sell or share it with third parties without consent, unless it is necessary for the execution of the giveaway.
   
10. The offered Gucci bag is a pre-owned designer item. As a pre-owned product, it may contain slight signs of wear appropriate for the condition and age of the bag.
11. The winner acknowledges and accepts that this is part of the nature of pre-owned items.
12. No claim can be made for warranty, exchange, or compensation based on signs of wear or (future) damage to the item, even if these signs of wear and damage are not mentioned.
13. The condition of the bag will be described and/or photographed as clearly as possible in advance.
